Six Ways the CORE One L+ Makes Production More Effective
A fully enclosed CoreXY printer with a 30-litre (300×300×330mm) build volume and an actively heated chamber that goes up to 60°C. Ready for demanding 24/7 production, easy onboarding, simple to scale up. Arrives assembled and pre-calibrated.
Massive Prints
Housings, manifolds and layup tooling that used to be printed in sections and glued together can now come off the plate as a single piece. That means fewer joints and fewer extra tolerances to design around.
Engineering Materials
With the optional HT Hotend, the printer reaches up to 400°C to tackle professional, demanding materials for jigsand fixtures that won't break under load.
Ships Assembled & Calibrated
It ships assembled. It detects whether it is on 110 V or 230 V from the mains waveform and reconfigures the heatbed automatically, so the same printer works in the US and in Europe.
The Most Secure 3D Printer
No forced cloud, no phone-home, no online firmware updates. Connection is optional, Wi-Fi can be remoed. You're buying the hardware, not a license to use it. Software is open-source, ready for your security audit.
Excellent Track Record
We run a massive print farm with hundreds of 3D printers, 24/7 - and our machines are built to withstand that load. Thousands of companies across the world choose Prusa for its reliability, repeatability and easy of use.
The Fastest Onboarding
The CORE One L+ does not need a thick operation manual or lengthy training. Simple touchscreen interface, bulletproof operation. You can get started in minutes after unpacking.
What the CORE One L is built for
The 30-litre volume is large enough for enclosures, manifolds and layup tooling as a single piece. You skip the gluing, the extra tolerances, and the finishing step that used to go with it.

“There is a real risk that data on prints, design models, or production processes could be transmitted to servers beyond the user’s control, including to the territory of the PRC.”
Prusa is the secure option
95% of desktop 3D printers sold are made by Chinese companies. Prusa is the remaining 5%. Does origin matter? Yes.
All Chinese companies are required to cooperate with state intelligence (National Intelligence Law, 2017), hand over encryption keys (Cryptography Law, 2020), and provide data to authorities regardless of where it's stored - even on EU or US servers (Data Security Law, 2021). Product designs and 3D models a legitimate target too (2023 Counter-Espionage Law update).
CORE One L+ is TAA compliant, which is required for US government and federal contractor purchases.
Certificates and compliance
ISO certificates, declarations of conformity, warranty terms, and a few items we issue on request.
ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001

Customer stories
These teams already run our printers in production.
Customer story Škoda Auto
A printer farm went into the welding plant in Mladá Boleslav after maintenance staff, who already print at home, brought the idea to their supervisors. Printed clamps fully replaced the metal ones, and Central Technical Service basically stopped buying spare parts and started printing them instead.
- 13,000+car deliveries saved from delay
- 35,000+employees
- 60+3D printers across the plants
“Cooperation of Škoda Auto and Prusa Research changed our way of thinking about production.”

Everything from One SupplierFrom materials to software
We offer a convenient interconnected ecosystem for seamless workflow. However, everything is optional and there are no vendor locks. You can use any 1.75mm filament and third-party software if you like.
PrusaSlicer
Free, open source, offline
Reads STL, STEP, 3MF and OBJ, with more than 200 validated profiles. A command-line interface can batch-slice files and fit into an existing pipeline. It is AGPL-3.0 licensed: no per-seat fee, no renewal, and no cloud account. It runs fully offline, including in air-gapped environments.
Prusa Connect
Fleet management in a browser
Print farm mode with job queueing and per-machine history. User roles, teams and file distribution across the fleet from one dashboard. It is free with the printer and includes 1 GB of cloud storage. Only G-code is uploaded, never the source model. If you prefer to stay off the cloud, PrusaLink gives you the same control on your own network.
Prusament
Filament made in‑house
Diameter is measured more than 4,700 times a second and held to ±20 µm on most materials, widening to ±30 µm on PC Blend and ±40 µm on ASA and PA11 Carbon Fiber, against an industry norm of ±50 µm. Every spool carries a QR code to its own manufacturing report. The printer also takes any 1.75 mm filament from other brands.
Printables
Models and print profiles
More than a million models, open to every printer brand, browsable and importable without leaving PrusaSlicer.

HT Hotend, 400 °C
A tool-less swap that takes under a minute and opens up PEKK-CF, PPS-CF, PPSU, PPA and PPA-CF. It also improves layer adhesion on materials the machine already prints: parts in ASA, PA, PA11 and PETG come out up to 30% stronger. The same swap fits every CORE One and CORE One L you already own.
Advanced Filtration System
A HEPA element rated at 99.9% for ultra-fine particles and an activated carbon filter for VOCs, on a high-pressure blower, with the fans under firmware control. The HEPA element lasts at least 600 hours of runtime. Fitting it is what qualifies the machine for ABS, ASA, HIPS and PA.
Chamber exhaust into building HVAC
The chamber has an exhaust port. Duct it into building extraction instead of filtering at each machine — useful when you have several printers in one room. The top vent opens and closes itself depending on the material.
Sealed, heated filament storage
Nylon and polycarbonate pull moisture out of the air and print badly once they have. The USS Drybox feeds the printer directly from a sealed chamber, which often decides whether a qualified material prints well or not.
Materials
Materials that print as delivered, plus what you get with the filtration system and the HT Hotend. Any 1.75 mm filament works — no approved-vendor list, no chipped spools.
PC Blend Carbon Fiber
AdvancedAbout 114 °C, and up to 130 °C after annealing, with under 1% shrinkage. Needs a hardened nozzle.
PA11 Carbon Fiber
AdvancedServiceable to about 190 °C and resistant to fuels, solvents and motor oils. Needs the filtration system, a hardened nozzle and the PA Nylon sheet.
ASA
ModerateUV stable to about 93 °C, for parts that live outdoors. Needs the Advanced Filtration System fitted.
PETG V0
ModerateSelf-extinguishing, co-developed with Knorr-Bremse for rail. Note that its UL 94 V-0 certification is issued for specific printer and profile combinations, so check yours before you rely on it.
TPU 95A
ModerateGaskets, dampers, grips and compliant fixtures. A physical switch on the filament sensor sets a low-resistance path for flexibles.
PPS‑CF
AdvancedChemical resistance, flame retardancy and stiffness, used in automotive and fluid handling. Needs the 400 °C HT Hotend.
PPA‑CF
AdvancedStiff, with low thermal expansion, for demanding jigs and fixtures. Needs the 400 °C HT Hotend.
PP, CPE, PVB, PVA and Flex
Easy to printPolypropylene, copolyester, polyvinyl butyral, soluble support and flexible filament all print without the filtration system.
