We believe that hobby resins should be safe enough for use at home. While other brands don't adress this topic, or even lie in the safety sheets, our resins are as safe as possible. They're free of Bisphenol A, TPO, Acryloylmorpholine and other dangerous chemicals.
Prusament Resin allows printing even the tiniest details with high reliability. Our resins, tailored for SL1S SPEED, are suitable for printing hobby models, filigree jewelry, highly detailed 1:1 3D models of teeth and replacement tooth crowns, and more.
We use formulations that are highly reactive to 405 nm UV light. With the SL1S SPEED, our resins can print as fast as 2s per 0,05mm layer. This is especially useful for rapid prototyping, where the MSLA 3D-printed models get printed much faster than common FFF 3D printers.
Our 3D printers and materials are made to work. The resin formulation and print profiles are developed under one roof with our 3D printers. This leads to a better coordination between teams, and better results. The whole resin & printer package works well without the need for tweaking.
Prusament Resin is manufactured in our facility in the Czech Republic (Europe). It is distributed from our warehouses in Prague and Delaware (United States). That means faster shipping, lower import duties where applicable, and a supply chain under our full control.
There's no third-party manufacturer who can quietly change a raw material supplier. No surprise batch failures from a factory you've never visited.

The main advantage of the Prusament Resin Model+ is a rapid, high-resolution, and reliable printing process. Components printed with this resin offer stiff mechanical properties, low shrinkage, and aesthetic parts suited for industrial rapid prototyping.
The visual and mechanical properties of the Model+ series were tuned to meet the requirements of dental and stomatology applications. Even the most intricate details are sharp and perfectly visible thanks to the resolution capabilities and opacity of the resin. Alabaster White, Solid Grey, and Neutral Beige resins are especially suited not only for dental model applications but also for thermoforming bracelets and heat-shaping orthodontic models.
The Prusament Resin Model can be used for making various casting molds. You can either print a master model to make a mold from it or you can print the mold itself, for example for casting silicone. Standard post-processing procedure (washing and curing) is sufficient to obtain molds for silicone casting without inhibition effect on silicon curing.
All of the base components undergo strict quality control upon arrival before being further manufactured in our facility. And after manufacturing, every resin batch goes through a set of quality control tests as well.
We ensure every resin batch has the same reactivity. You don't have to find the exact exposure times with every resin bottle (or batch).
Every batch's test object greenbody is measured with a colorimeter, and the formulation is adjusted to fit within ΔE≤2. The color inaccuracy between the batches is unrecognizable by the human eye.
We double-check the monomer-to-oligomer ratio to make sure the resin has the proper physical properties.
We print a set of models from every batch to see if it works perfectly.
Everything you need to know before printing
Yellowing gradient with various post-curing times. The whitest model is an uncured model (green body), the yellowest was post-cured for 60 min at CW1S.
When printing most SLA resins, you may notice a slight yellowing effect after curing your models. However, the yellowing is a mostly reversible process, and with just a little help, it can be easily minimized.

Before you start using Prusament Resin, don’t forget to read the material safety data sheet (MSDS) attached below. Here, we sum up only a few tips that might make your life with resin a little easier.
Always remember that despite our hardest efforts, all liquid resins still might pose a health risk. Use protective equipment and prevent contact with skin, eyes, and mouth.
Accidents happen even to the most experienced users. If resin gets on your printer, table, or anything else, don’t wait and clean it immediately with paper towels and isopropyl alcohol (IPA), before it gets cured by the daylight.
SLA 3D-printing waste disposal and recycling might not be as intuitive as you might think. Let’s sum up how we deal with resin waste: Uncured resin leftovers should be disposed of with other dangerous chemicals at places designated for it. It cannot be recycled and definitely should not end in general waste. The same rule applies to bottles, paper towels, and models stained with liquid (uncured) resin. However, cured resin (reactoplastic material) is, unlike filaments (thermoplastic material), a non-recyclable material - it belongs in the general waste.
H315 - Causes skin irritation. H317 - May cause an allergic skin reaction. H319 - Causes serious eye irritation. H411 - Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. P102 - Keep out of reach of children. P261 - Avoid breathing vapours. P273 - Avoid release to the environment. P280 - Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection, face protection. P302+P352 - IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. P305+P351+P338 - IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. P314 - Get medical advice/attention if you feel unwell. P501 - Dispose of contents and container to an approved waste disposal plant. EUH204 - Contains isocyanates. May produce an allergic reaction.
