HT90 PP Powder-coated Print Sheet

OVERVIEW:
The Prusa Pro HT90 heatbed has embedded high Curie temperature magnets. These magnets are able to firmly hold removable spring steel sheets.
This print sheet is specially designed to print polypropylene-based filaments, especially the Prusament PP Carbon Fiber Black. The PP-type materials generally have a lower adhesion on textured sheets. This sheet has a special surface finish that increases the adhesion and is perfect for Prusament PP.
The PP sheet has a lightly textured surface finish similar to the Satin Powder-coated sheet.
You can learn more about the PP sheet in our online help article.
WARNING
Never clean the PP sheet with acetone! Acetone partially dissolves the sheet‘s surface, leaving stains. It may also negatively affect both adhesion properties and the sheet’s lifespan. Learn more about printing on the PP sheet in our online help article.
ATTRIBUTES
Notes:
Consumable parts, such as print sheets (smooth, textured, PP, etc.) are not covered by warranty as the coatings are designed to diminish over time unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, or other cosmetic damage, is also not covered by the warranty. Only defective sheets on arrival are covered by warranty.
After removing the 3D-printed object, you may notice a visible imprint on the sheet’s surface. This is only a visual change: it doesn’t leave any marks on the next 3D-printed parts and does not affect the printing properties in any way. Therefore, it’s not considered a reason for a warranty claim.
As a result of the temperatures to which the sheet is exposed during printing, some parts of the heatbed texture may be imprinted into the sheet’s bottom side and make some parts slightly glossier. This visual change does not adversely affect the printing properties and is also not considered a reason for a warranty claim.
