Unlike the regular Textured sheet, the HighTemp sheet is designed for printing with high-temperature materials. It offers good adhesion to materials like PEEK, PEEK-CF, PEI, PEKK, and PPSU, plus it resists multiple cycles at temperatures over 100 °C. However, this print sheet is not suitable for printing standard low-temperature materials, such as PLA and PETG.
Industry-grade materials are expensive themselves. We lowered their 3D printing costs by making them printable on desktop 3D printers. The HighTemp print sheet is now available for CORE One+ (Gen2) and CORE One L+!

HighTemp sheet supports printing PPS filaments filled with carbon or glass fibers. PPS offers a heat deflection temperature up to 250 °C and great mechanical resistance. It offers extreme chemical resistance and a UL94 V-0 flame-retardant rating. No known solvent can dissolve PPS at temperatures below 200 °C.

PPA Carbon Fiber is a high-performance polyamide with strong resistance to wear, heat, chemicals, and mechanical stress. It offers better dimensional stability and lower hygroscopicity than commonly used polyamides, such as PA6, PA12, and PA612.

The HighTemp sheet supports printing advanced materials, such as PEI, PEEK, and PEKK. These filaments usually require very high working temperatures, but the CORE One+/L 3D printers can still print small components. This makes these industry materials more accessible to everyone.
The HighTemp print sheets fit the Prusa CORE One+ (Gen2) or the Prusa CORE One L+. The CORE One L+, equipped with an HT Hotend, offers the best results through the most effective heatbed and chamber heating. The CORE One+ (Gen 2) is more affordable, with slightly longer preheat times and lower print volume.

Never clean the HighTemp print sheet with IPA, acetone, or any other alcohol-based solvents! Doing so will damage the surface. For good adhesion properties and easy print removal, clean the print surface with dish soap and water before every printing. After printing, let the prints cool down inside the printer to avoid introducing thermal stress.
The number of compatible materials is significantly wider on 3D printers with high chamber temperatures. If the sheet fits your custom high-temperature printer, you can use it for the following materials:
Consumable parts, such as print sheets (smooth, textured, etc.) are not covered by warranty as the coatings are designed to diminish over time unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, or other cosmetic damage, is also not covered by the warranty. This includes dots caused by probing during the mesh bed leveling process, visible purge line, and local surface damage caused by applying an insufficient amount of Magigoo HT. Only defective sheets on arrival are covered by warranty.
