We provide our partners with affiliate links, which are not discount codes. If you click an affiliate link and purchase the product from our e-shop, our partners receive a specific provision from this transaction. If somebody offers you a discount that requires you to click an affiliate link, it's misleading behavior - you will pay the full price for the item and the affiliate partner will receive a financial provision.

P2P Community Reward Program

If you're a 3D printing enthusiast with both a Prusa Account and a profile on Printables.com, you have a unique opportunity to join the P2P (Prusa to Prusa) community reward program. Owning a Prusa or Trilab 3D printer enables you to start sharing your P2P code or product links. This not only helps others discover quality printers, but also earns you Prusameters for every successful purchase made through your code. You can learn more about the program here.

Prusa 3D Tech Support Codes

Please note that we never publish, share or disclose any kind of discount codes for our e-shop. The only type of discount code you may receive is, e.g., a code provided by our tech support in case there's an issue with your order. However, these codes are one-use-only and usually bound to your customer account.

Printer discounts

We offer a 10% discount on subsequent orders of another five units of the assembled 3D printer of the same type (selected 3D printers only - see the store page for individual models). If you get an assembled Original Prusa MK4S, you can get five more MK4S printers with this discount. The discount is bound to your customer account and does not reset. It is not provided in the form of a discount code. After the first printer is delivered to you, your Prusa account automatically receives the discount and displays it in the store.

Refund vouchers

When requesting a refund for an order in the Prusa e-shop, you can choose to have the amount refunded to your payment method, or have it refunded as a voucher. This voucher can be combined with other vouchers and its validity can be extended by contacting our support team.

Filament discounts

When you buy the MK4S or Core One kit, you receive a 5% discount on subsequent orders of selected filaments. When you buy an assembled MK4S, Core One, or XL 3D printer, you'll receive a 10% discount on subsequent orders of selected filaments. These discounts are bound to your customer account, and they are limited to 30 spools of filament per year. Also, these discounts are not provided as a discount code. After the printer is delivered to you, your Prusa account automatically applies the discount.

Prusameters

Prusameters are reward points you can collect by performing various actions and getting achievements on our community website Printables.com. The voucher is sent up to two weeks after they are requested. When the voucher is approved, you will receive a notification via Printables and in your email. If a voucher has been sent, it is not possible to change it back into Prusameters. This voucher cannot be merged with other vouchers. If the selected product is out of stock, the voucher can be extended by contacting our tech support.

Special deals

Special deals may appear on our e-shop - e.g., Black Friday deals or special pre-purchase offers. These deals are available only on our e-shop and we usually inform about them on our blog or social media, where we also describe whether any conditions apply.

Event vouchers and Gift vouchers

The Prusa team may hand out special vouchers at various events. This voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers, and the validity cannot be extended beyond the original expiration date. Gift vouchers may be purchased in our e-shop (Merchandise - Gift vouchers) in multiple values. Once you make the purchase, a unique code for the selected value will be sent to your email.
