The most affordable way to print High-Temp materials

HT Hotend for CORE One series

Swap the hotend and upgrade your CORE One to an industrial printer. HT Hotend significantly improves the quality of otherwise hard-to-print filaments, such as PA11 Carbon Fiber and PC Blend Carbon Fiber. Plus, the portfolio expands with PPS, PPA and other high-end materials.

HT hotend

Better interlayer adhesion through high-temperature profiles

HT hotend makes standard materials even stronger

PC Blend

PC Blend Carbon Fiber

PA11 Carbon Fiber

ASA

Advanced materials printed at homeIndustry standard on desktop 3D printers

Industry-grade materials are expensive themselves. We lowered their overall production cost by making them printable on desktop 3D printers.

PPS Glass Fiber

Print components with extreme chemical and heat resistance

HT hotend supports printing PPS filaments filled with carbon or glass fibers. PPS offers a heat deflection temperature up to 250 °C and great mechanical resistance. It offers extreme chemical resistance and a UL94 V-0 flame-retardant rating. No known solvent can dissolve PPS at temperatures below 200 °C.

PPA Carbon Fiber

Make moving parts with maximum wear resistance

PPA Carbon Fiber is a high-performance polyamide with strong resistance to wear, heat, chemicals, and mechanical stress. It offers better dimensional stability and lower hygroscopicity than commonly used polyamides, such as PA6, PA12, and PA612.

AIX Racing

Stronger parts from PC Blend Carbon Fiber

Although it is printable with a regular hotend, the Prusament PC Blend Carbon Fiber gets better properties when printed at elevated temperatures. Printing at 350 °C improves the material's interlayer adhesion by 7 %, making the components more resistant to breaking.

Prusament PA11 Carbon Fiber with better mechanical properties

PA11 Carbon Fiber is at the lowest temperature limit when printed on a regular hotend. But printing with an HT Hotend improves the material's interlayer adhesion by 23 %.

PC Blend

Improve the low-temperature materials' qualities

The HT hotend is capable of printing regular materials like ASA or PC Blend. We offer a high-temp PrusaSlicer profile for this popular Prusament to reduce warping and improve the material's overall mechanical properties.

CORE One L+

CORE One L+ 3D printer

With effective heating and chamber temperature up to 60 °C

You don't have to spend thousands on new printers to print high-temperature materials. Our printers are upgradable and versatile. A few small adjustments can turn the CORE One series 3D printers into a whole new product. Plus, we develop and test everything under one roof to bring the best possible results.

Compatible with the whole CORE One Family

HT Hotend works with all versions of our flagship printer. The CORE One L+ offers the best results through the most effective heatbed and chamber heating. The CORE One+ (Gen 2) is more affordable, with slightly longer preheat times and lower print volume.
