PLA
Easy to printThe go-to for prototypes, models, and everyday objects. Auto-ventilation keeps the chamber cool. The most forgiving material to start with.
No vendor delays, no data leaks.
Designs without waiting for vendors.
Make parts just in time.
Never stop your manufacturing line.
Keep IP under your roof.

Test 10 design iterations for the price of one prototype
A kilogram of highly consistent Prusa filament costs $30. That's dozens of test prints. You can afford to get it wrong five times and still come out ahead.

Print replacement parts that are no longer available
Machines outlive their spare parts supply. Instead of hunting for a discontinued bracket or waiting on a custom machining quote, just print it.

No minimum order quantities
Need 12 pieces? Print 12 pieces. You don't need to order 500 to get a reasonable unit price. Production starts at one.

American-European company with manufacturing in Wilmington and Prague. Everything we do, we do in-house - including the production of our own electronics on our SMT line. The entire production chain is under our control.

Designed for companies that need high reliability and data security.

“There is a real risk that data on prints, design models, or production processes could be transmitted to servers beyond the user’s control, including to the territory of the PRC.”

ISO certificates, declarations of conformity, warranty terms, and a few items we issue on request.
Quality, environmental and occupational health management - all audited.
Designed and manufactured in the EU and USA, including our own PCB production in Prague, TAA and NDAA compliant for government and defense procurement.
The entire production chain is under our control. We even make our own electronics on our own PCB line.
Available on request if you need to document what the printer stores and what a power cycle clears.
60-day refund policy, 2-year warranty in EU, 1 year in the USA. 24/7 tech support in seven languages with real experienced operators in EU & USA - no AI bots.
Guaranteed from the date of release. Every mechanical part is sold separately and nothing is glued shut.
“Siemens has selected Prusa as a trusted partner and preferred supplier of professional-grade 3D printers for manufacturing aids and prototypes production. We greatly appreciate Prusa's reliable data handling, printing performance and durability.”
Every connection on this machine is optional.
Protect your designs and take your workflow offline. Everything can be updated without internet connection after your careful security audit. The software is fully open source, firmware updates can be performed using a USB drive.
For air-gapped operation
No forced online setup, no apps
The printer does not phone home.
The camera unplugs.
These teams already run our printers in production.

Customer story Škoda Auto
A printer farm went into the welding plant in Mladá Boleslav after maintenance staff, who already print at home, brought the idea to their supervisors. Printed clamps fully replaced the metal ones, and Central Technical Service basically stopped buying spare parts and started printing them instead.
“Cooperation of Škoda Auto and Prusa Research changed our way of thinking about production.”

Everything is optional and there are no vendor locks. You can use any 1.75mm filament and third-party software if you like.

The printer purchase is the biggest expense. After that, it's just filament and the occasional spare nozzle or print sheet.
One spool prints dozens of objects.
Lasts hundreds of hours, replacement takes 2 minutes
Double-sided sheets, lasting hundreds of hours
PrusaSlicer, EasyPrint, Prusa Connect, Prusa App, and updates - included and free.
You own the hardware you buy.
A tool-less swap that takes under a minute. The same swap fits every CORE One and CORE One L you already own.

A HEPA element rated at 99.9% for ultra-fine particles and an activated carbon filter for VOCs, on a high-pressure blower, with the fans under firmware control. The HEPA element lasts at least 600 hours of runtime.

Nylon and polycarbonate pull moisture out of the air and print badly once they have. The USS Drybox feeds the printer directly from a sealed chamber, which often decides whether a qualified material prints well or not.

Print with 8 colors or materials. Print multi-material functional parts, soluble supports, or combine rigid and flexible materials.

Spare print sheets, nozzles and a maintenance kit. Worth ordering with the printer so you have them on hand for the first service.

The go-to for prototypes, models, and everyday objects. Auto-ventilation keeps the chamber cool. The most forgiving material to start with.
Stronger and more flexible than PLA. Excellent for functional parts, mechanical components, and anything that needs impact resistance.
UV and weather resistant - the material for outdoor applications where ABS would degrade. The enclosed chamber prevents warping.
Excellent mechanical resistance, high heat and chemical resistance, good electrical insulating properties.
Outstanding mechanical properties for gears, hinges, and load-bearing parts. Moisture-sensitive - store in a dry box.
Flexible and durable for phone cases, gaskets, and vibration dampeners. The redesigned CORE One+ filament sensor guides flexible materials smoothly.
Three printers, three different answers. It comes down to how big your prints need to be, how much room you have on the desk, and whether you need more than one material in one job.
Firmware, documentation, material guides and related product pages.
Current firmware, drivers and the documentation set for the CORE One+.
Nozzle and bed temperatures, sheet compatibility and properties for every filament.
What is covered and for how long, by region and by customer type.
Volume pricing, purchase orders and invoicing for fleet deployments.
