Prusa CORE One Maintenance Kit$199A tool-less swap that takes under a minute and opens up PEKK-CF, PPS-CF, PPSU, PPA and PPA-CF. It also improves layer adhesion on materials the machine already prints: parts in ASA, PA, PA11 and PETG come out up to 30% stronger. The same swap fits every CORE One and CORE One L you already own.

A HEPA element rated at 99.9% for ultra-fine particles and an activated carbon filter for VOCs, on a high-pressure blower, with the fans under firmware control. The HEPA element lasts at least 600 hours of runtime. Fitting it is what qualifies the machine for ABS, ASA, HIPS and PA.

The chamber has an exhaust port. Duct it into building extraction instead of filtering at each machine — useful when you have several printers in one room. The top vent opens and closes itself depending on the material.

Nylon and polycarbonate pull moisture out of the air and print badly once they have. The USS Drybox feeds the printer directly from a sealed chamber, which often decides whether a qualified material prints well or not.

Materials that print as delivered, plus what you get with the filtration system and the HT Hotend. Any 1.75 mm filament works — no approved-vendor list, no chipped spools.
