Prusa CORE One L Critical Infrastructure Edition
In advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, and critical infrastructure, 3D printing has become an indispensable tool for producing custom tooling, rapid-response spare parts, and end-use components. However, this integration introduces significant security vulnerabilities when network-dependent printers are used, creating a critical attack vector for proprietary or classified CAD files.
The Prusa CORE One L Critical Infrastructure Edition is the definitive solution for these high-security applications. It provides the same exceptional performance as the standard CORE One L, including the massive 300x300x330 mm build volume and the state-of-the-art AC convection heatbed for flawless, warp-free printing of advanced materials.

Its security is enforced at the hardware level. This edition features a custom-manufactured mainboard where all Wi-Fi connectors and related circuitry have been physically removed. The printer ships with no camera, and the bundle is completed with a certified, encrypted USB drive. We also provide letters of volatility to meet the most stringent security protocols. This machine delivers the best-in-class performance of the CORE One L, with the physical assurance that your data remains 100% offline and secure.
True Air-Gapped Mainboard
Hardware-Level Security Enforcement
This edition features a custom-manufactured mainboard. All Wi-Fi connectors and related wireless circuitry have been physically removed, not just disabled via software. This provides a true, verifiable air-gapped solution, eliminating the attack vector of a network-connected device and ensuring full functionality in a 100% offline environment.
Secure Offline Workflow
Designed for Classified Data Handling
This bundle is built for a complete offline workflow. It includes a certified, encrypted USB drive for secure data transfer that is compatible with the platform. The machine ships with no camera, ensuring no optical data can be captured. We also provide letters of volatility to comply with strict internal security requirements. The printer’s firmware can be updated using a USB drive. Print profiles for PrusaSlicer can be downloaded from GitHub and also imported via a USB drive into fully offline workstations.

Large-Format, High-Performance Printing
Double the Build Volume for Demanding Projects
This machine delivers the full performance of the CORE One L. The massive 300x300x330 mm build volume allows for the creation of large functional parts, production fixtures, and full-size prototypes in a single piece. This enables rapid iteration and production of end-use components without compromising security.

Flawless Precision
What You Design is What You Get
The printer delivers on the promise of "What You Design is What You Get". Its rock-solid exoskeleton frame and precision kinematics ensure outstanding dimensional accuracy, as proven by CT scans. This precision is critical for industrial applications, guaranteeing that printed jigs, fixtures, or end-use components fit together perfectly as designed.
Optimized High-Speed Performance
Speed Without Sacrificing Structural Integrity
The robust CoreXY kinematics, factory-tuned Input Shaper, and high-flow nozzle deliver exceptional speed. However, performance is never sacrificed for speed records. Our internally-tuned print profiles are optimized for structural integrity, ensuring that all parts (even those printed at high speed) are solid, durable, and possess excellent layer adhesion, not brittle parts that crumble.
Loading
Simplified Flexible Filament Printing
Dedicated Path for Engineering-Grade Flexible Filaments
Printing with flexible materials is streamlined via a dedicated physical switch. Toggling this switch bypasses the primary filament sensor and opens a wider, less restrictive path for flexible filaments. This simplifies the loading of advanced flexible materials, while a second sensor in the print head maintains runout detection.

AC Convection Heatbed
Effortless Printing of Advanced Materials
The new AC heatbed is precision-milled from a thick block of aluminum, providing perfectly uniform heat distribution from edge to edge. This eliminates warping and cold corners. Two fans on its underside create a convection effect, rapidly heating the chamber up to a stable 60°C. This is the key to reliably printing demanding, high-performance materials like PC, ASA, or PA (Nylons) without warping or cracking.

Multi-Layered AC Electrical Safety
Redundant Hardware-Level Protection
The high-performance AC heatbed is protected by a multi-layered safety architecture. The system actively monitors for fault currents, similar to a residential RCD, and will immediately cut power if a leak is detected. This is backed by a redundant switching design using both a relay and a TRIAC, ensuring a hardware fail-safe if one component fails. The system is reinforced with a robust, shielded cable for the AC heatbed.

Zero-Setup Deployment
Unpack, Plug In, and Print
The CORE One L is a true "Unpack & Print" machine. It arrives fully assembled and pre-calibrated from the factory. There are no complex self-tests or calibrations required. The machine can be deployed and operational in minutes, streamlining the onboarding of new operators or integrating the unit into an existing production line with maximum efficiency.

Automated, Reliable Operation
A True "Start and Forget" Machine
This machine is engineered for maximum autonomy. It manages all critical systems on its own, including setting up the optimal print environment inside the chamber. The robust CoreXY kinematics and proven reliability ensure that large, long-duration print jobs can be run overnight and unattended, delivering consistent results with minimal downtime.
Optimized for 24/7 Industrial Use
Maximum Uptime for Continuous Production
This machine is built to run 24/7. We leverage our experience from operating a 600-printer farm to design machines for the lowest possible downtime. The robust exoskeleton, simple maintenance procedures, and guaranteed spare parts availability make the CORE One L a reliable workhorse for any large-scale production or industrial application.

High-Throughput Production
More Printing, Less Downtime
A larger build volume isn't just for large parts; it's for more parts. The print plate is 63% larger than the CORE One’s, allowing you to fit significantly more objects in a single batch. This capability drastically reduces the frequency of operator interventions for harvesting parts, minimizing downtime and maximizing the autonomous productivity of your operation.

Secure and Transparent Supply Chain
Manufactured in the EU and USA
We maintain full control over our manufacturing and supply chain. All critical electronics, including the custom mainboard for this edition, are manufactured on our own PCB production line in Prague, Czech Republic, EU. Final assembly of the CORE One L is conducted in our facilities in both Prague, EU, and Delaware, USA, ensuring a transparent and secure production pipeline.

Audited and Certified Manufacturing
ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018 Certified
Our commitment to quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety is verified by internationally recognized standards. This printer is the first to be released since we received our ISO certifications, providing audited proof of our commitment to quality control, environmental responsibility, and team safety.

Full Ownership and Control
No Walled Garden or Vendor Locks
You own your 3D printer, not just a license to use it. This machine is free from any vendor locks. You have complete freedom to use any material from any supplier, and you can use any slicer software you choose.
