How long will it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return request, the timeline depends on:

  • Additional steps which are required for processing your return claim.
  • Time for you to prepare the package for return and arrange a collection date with our carrier.
  • Shipping transit from and to the U.S. typically takes 2-3 days. Customs clearance may vary depending on the value of the item, but we work closely with international shipping companies to minimize delays.

Note:

We must follow up with a notification of Warranty Claim Acknowledgement, which must include the date the Warranty Claim has been accepted and the person responsible for accepting the warranty claim.
And of course the warranty claim must be handled in a timely fashion, within the timeframe set by the relevant laws.
