CURING AND WASHING MACHINE is a post-processing device for resin-based 3D prints.
Objects printed from liquid resin should be washed in isopropyl alcohol (to remove the resin residue) and cured using UV light to achieve optimal surface properties.
The CURING AND WASHING MACHINE is a 4-in-1 device, which makes the otherwise long and messy process a breeze. It can even preheat resins to optimal temperature.
Submerge your print in isopropyl alcohol and let the magnetic propeller to wash the object, removing all the resin residue. Propeller-based washing is safer towards prints with tiny details.
Once you wash an object, remove the isopropyl tank and place the model on the rotating platform. The CW1S will use hot air to remove remnants of IPA from the surface of the object. This mode can be used to preheat resins.
To achieve optimal surface properties, an object printed using the SLA method needs to be properly cured using UV light. Again, the CW1S will take care of this task safely in just a few minutes.
