Who are we looking for?

The years 2024 and 2025 were action-packed years of major releases for us. We unleashed heavy hitters like the HT90, CORE One+, and CORE One L, along with our designer standout, the Signature Oak. As we move through 2026, we have no intention of slowing down—we’re constantly grinding on new innovations. Our printers are world-class and ever-evolving, which is why they demand nothing less than world-class documentation. To keep that bar high, we need manuals that are every bit as top-tier as the hardware itself.

We’re looking for a new teammate to help us take the documentation for Original Prusa to the next level. Forget about dry, soulless AI-generated copy—around here, it’s all about real-world engineering and hands-on tech.

What’s your mission? 

• Crafting step-by-step guides that actually make sense: You’ll write everything from detailed assembly handbooks to service manuals (component swaps, maintenance) and deep-dive technical articles.
• Hands-on testing: We don’t write manuals from the comfort of a desk. You’ll roll up your sleeves and go through every single process yourself—from the first screw of an assembly to complex service repairs.
• Being in the thick of it: You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and the guys in the service department.
• Visual storytelling: Photography is our backbone; it’s the foundation of every guide. Sometimes a great shot says more than a page of text. If you know your way around a camera and Photoshop, great! If not, we’ll teach you the ropes—from scene composition to camera settings and lighting.

What do you need to bring to the table?

• A passion for 3D printing: You need to genuinely enjoy our product and have the drive to understand it inside and out.
• Clarity and precision: You can take complex concepts and break them down so any user can understand them. You have a UX-first mindset.
• Excellent English: English is your primary tool. You’ll be writing for a global audience and continuing to sharpen your language skills with us.
• Independence and communication skills: We aren’t a corporate machine; we don’t have templates for everything. We need a self-starter who can forge their own path and communicate effectively across R&D, Support, and Product teams.

Bonus points if:

• You have a background in hardware: You’ve got relevant experience creating manuals for similar HW products. In other words, you don’t need to be a 3D printing pro on day one, as long as you have a proven track record of creating killer documentation and a "feel" for our tech.

• We started twelve years ago in a cellar in Smíchov. Now there are more than 1,000 of us and we are still growing rapidly. In 2024, our sales exceeded 3.6 billion CZK and we want to continue growing. We have high hopes for new printers and other projects, which our development department is working hard to have on sale as soon as possible.
• We do not introduce unnecessary regulations just because it is "done everywhere", but only where we really need them. We all like each other, you can catch Josef Průša or anyone else from the management in the hallways at any time, chat and discuss the current problem.
• When we say that we operate worldwide, we are not exaggerating. You can find our printers on all continents and in more than 165 countries (see the map). Our great advantage is that we sell all our printers directly, through our e-shop. This way we have direct contact with customers and receive immediate feedback. And we immediately reflect the findings in our development.
• We are not “box pushers” who have their goods manufactured in China and then just resell them. We manufacture our printers directly in Holešovice, where we also develop new models, program firmware and software, and produce filaments. We also have injection molding production and a printed circuit board assembly line to make us even more self-sufficient.
• We do not ignore the world around us. We also address the topic of environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility a lot. We are taking steps to use 3D printing to solve current social and environmental problems.

Where you'll work:

There are already more than 1,000 of us, but we still fit into the Pražská teplárenská compound in Holešovice, a short distance from the center of Prague. Just a few steps from the Nádraží Holešovice metro station, we all sit, from management to development to production.

We're not keen on redundant processes, open-space or managers constantly standing behind your back. Individual teams have their own offices and are made up of a group of like-minded people who are happy to help or advise.

Our creatives and tinkerers have full access to our high-tech PrusaLab workshop, an internal gym or a huge terrace are useful for clearing their heads, and of course there is a coffee machine or the possibility of parking directly on the premises. Our small company zoo, where we have our sheep, alpacas and a robot dog from Boston Dynamics is also here for you. 😉 And we also have our own Průša bees!
