Who are we looking for?

We're looking for colleagues to join our 24/7 technical support team. We support our customers nonstop in major world languages and currently, we would be glad to find new colleagues with advanced English and German.

What you should know and have?

• Advanced English + German level.
• Experience in 3D printing.
• Independence and proactive approach.
• Good orientation in new technologies.
• University / High school degree (ideally in a technical field).
• Initiative personality with good communication skills.
• Logical thinking.

What do we need help with?

 You will communicate with our existing and potential customers and advise them about our printers and printing materials from A to Z.

• You will communicate via live chat and email.
• You will learn to assemble our 3D printer, print its parts on it, re-assemble, and assemble it again.
• You will get high-quality F2F training.

Kde budete pracovat?

There are more than 900 of us, but we can still fit into the premises of Pražská teplárenská in Holešovice, a short distance from the center of Prague. We're all there, just a few steps away from the Nádraží Holešovice metro station - from management to development to production.

We don't care about redundant processes, open space, or a manager standing behind us all the time. Individual teams have their own offices and are made up of like-minded people who are happy to help or advise.

Creatives and tinkerers have full use of our hi-tech PrusaLab workshop. The in-house gym or huge terrace is handy for clearing your head, and of course, there's a coffee machine or on-site parking. Even less obvious is our small company zoo, where we have sheep, alpacas, and a robotic dog from Boston Dynamics. 😉 And here we have our own Prusa bees!
